Adriano Care, a socimi specialising in senior citizens’ residences, has reached an agreement with the care home manager Colisée to take over management of five of its assets.
In total, the socimim will take over five residences: four working and one under development in Madrid. The open residences include three in Bilbao and one in Valencia, for a total of 564 beds.
