Cofinimmo will build a new nursing home in Jaén (Andalusia) for around nine million euros, according to the Belgian company specialising in purchasing, developing, and managing rental properties.
The future nursing home, which has been pre-leased to the operator Amavir for 25 years, will have a surface area of 6,700 m2 and a capacity for 160 people.
Construction is expected to start in the first quarter of next year and be completed by the beginning of 2024.
