Confiinmo is continuing to expand. Having already acquired 7 new nursing homes so far this year, the company led by Jean-Pierre Hanin has now purchased two new nursing homes in Spain. The first will be located in Ourense (Galicia) and will be built on newly acquired land; the second will be located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands), on previously acquired land.
Cofinimmo has purchased the two plots of land through a subsidiary company. For the purchase of land and the construction of the two new assets, the company will pay approximately 23 million euros.
