The real estate investment fund manager specialising in logistics and industrial assets, Clarion Partners Europe, has closed the acquisition of a 40,000 sqm plot in Esparreguera, Barcelona.
Clarion’s intention is to promote a logistics warehouse spanning around 20,000 sqm. Construction will begin imminently and completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023. The future asset will be BREEAM Excellent certified. Grupo Lar will be the entity responsible for managing the project.
