Clarion Partners Europe, the real estate investment fund manager specialising in logistics assets, has acquired a portfolio of three logistics properties, spanning 51,000 square metres in total, from Merlin Properties.
Specifically, the transacted portfolio comprises one asset located in Azuqueca de Henares (Madrid), which is leased to the German logistics group Dachser; one cross-docking warehouse in Getafe (Madrid), which is leased to the Spanish company Correos Express; and one newly built logistics platform located in Plaza (Zaragoza) and leased to the operator DSV.
