Clairon Partners Europe, formerly Clarion Gramercy, a real estate investment fund manager specialising in logistics and industrial assets, has acquired a newly-built 37,160-square-metre warehouse near Illescas Yeles (Toledo).
The platform, which was completed at the beginning of this year, is leased to Mediapost Spain, a subsidiary of the La Poste group, one of the largest postal and courier companies in Europe, on a 7-year contract. It has a free height of 10.8 metres, a load capacity on the ground of 5T / m2 and 153 parking spaces.
