The Extremadura-based property developer Cívitas is entering Andalucía with a vengeance and to this end has signed an agreement with Puerto Banús to jointly develop luxury real estate projects with the highest degree of sustainability.
Under this agreement, Cívitas has acquired one of the few urban plots of land still available in the Los Rodeos area, owned by Puerto Banús, and located in Marbella (Málaga) 600 meters from the marina. The construction of luxury homes with exclusive services is being considered including moorings in Cívitas Puerto Banús, access to VIP parking, and access to boats, etc.
