Civislend raised more than 12 million euros to finance real estate projects during 2022, doubling the volume reached the previous year and providing its investors with an average internal rate of return (IRR) of 8.2%, as reported by the participatory financing platform.
Íñigo Torroba, CEO of Civislend, said, «thanks to the trust that both investors and developers have placed in us, we have helped finance the construction of more than 400 homes.» With a project term of between 12 and 18 months, the average ticket amounts to between 1.5 and 2 million euros.
