The British developers Citygrove and Burlington announced that they would build the Marbella Plaza shopping complex in which they will initially invest 100 million euros.
With an urban development project on a plot of more than 30,000 square metres, the new commercial project will have well-known retailers, with major international firms arriving on the Marbella coast for the first time.
The project’s developers chose the New York architectural firm KPF, which has won several international awards for the conceptual design. State-of-the-art materials and respect for the environment will be the pillars of the new centre, designed not only for Marbella but for the entire Costa del Sol.
Savills Aguirre Newman has also been contracted to lead sales and manage the site. Three commercial anchors have already expressed interest in opening stores in Marbella Plaza.
