The British real estate company Chestertons has announced its expansion plan for Spain for the next four years. Its objective is to have 50 franchises throughout the country by 2024 to meet the demand from British buyers and investors for medium and high standing properties.
At the moment, the firm’s plan involves the opening of new offices along the Costa del Sol. Specifically, already this year, it has opened five branches in Málaga and Sotogrande and it plans to open another 10, at least, during 2021.
