The number of transactions is still at a multi-year high but house prices, especially in the second-hand segment, are already reflecting the economic uncertainty and effects of interest rate hikes. The Century 21 real estate network has completed a third quarter that reflects both extremes: it is still selling homes… but at lower prices.
Specifically, the company has closed the third quarter of 2022 with a cumulative turnover for the first nine months of the year of 20.89 million euros, which represents an increase of 22.2% compared to the same period of 2021, when it invoiced 17.09 million euros.
