The manager CBRE Investment Management is planning to allocate 300 million euros to the purchase of residential assets in Spain over the next few months.
As the Director General and the Director of Investments in Spain explained to El Economista, the firm plans to invest 10% of one of its European funds here. The European Residential Impact Fund has an investment capacity of 3,000 million euros. It will buy both finished assets and turnkey developments, depending on the cost of each one. The plan is to close some operations soon.
