Cataluña is proving to be a special focus of attention during this record-breaking year… before everything comes to a standstill as a result of the economic uncertainty. That is according to data from the real estate sector, which saw record investment of 2.7 billion euros during the 9 months to September 2022.
The data was compiled by the consulting firm CBRE, which reports that the investment figure is 7% higher than the previous investment record of 2.5 billion euros, reached during the same period in 2021.
