The Socimi Castellena Properties is going to invest 500 million euros in the purchase of six shopping centres. The listed company is currently analysing investment opportunities in Cataluña and Portugal.
“We are pushing ahead with our plans to continue investing. As soon as the markets open up and we are able to raise capital, we will kick off a series of investments that we have already analysed”, explains Débora Santamaría, CFO of the Socimi, in an interview with El Español.
