The socimi Castellana Properties, controlled by the South African investment fund Vukile, has finalised a deal with a European fund to sell two office buildings for 26.5 million euros, as the company reported to BME Growth.
The sole tenant of both buildings is the Konecta Group. One of them is located in Alcobendas (Madrid) and has a gross leasable area of 15,660 square metres. The other asset transacted is in Bollullos de la Mitación (Seville) and has 5,700 sqm.
