A new shopping centre. Carrefour has emerged victorious in the tender launched by the City Council of Boadilla del Monte to promote a shopping centre with a supermarket, according to El Confidencial.
The French supermarket chain will pay the City Council an annual fee of 260,000 euros for 35 years for the right to operate on the site. Its offer was the highest, ahead of those presented by El Corte Inglés, AhorraMás and Azata Patrimonio.
