CaixaBank has put Castellana 51 up for sale. The financial institution has put its historic headquarters in Madrid on the market, following the merger of La Caixa and Bankia. The employees who work in the property will move to Torre Kio, according to El Confidencial.
The asset spans 30,000 square meters, spread over seven floors, plus four underground floors for parking. It was constructed in 1976 for commercial and office use.
