Bruimavic Acquires 5,500-M2 Logistics Warehouse in Alcobendas

Bruimavic has reached an agreement with an international company in the medical sector for the lease of the entire real estate asset. The sale price has not been disclosed.

Nave comprada por Bruimavic — Warehouse in Alcobendas acquired by Bruimavic.

The logistics property was owned by the beverage distribution company Varma, which sold it to the real estate company Bruimavic. The warehouse is located in Madrid’s Alcobendas Industrial Estate. Axis Property advised on the deal.

The warehouse is configured as an independent building on a plot of 8,000 m2, with a constructed area of 5,500 m2. The complex is divided into a warehouse and offices. The new owner will renovate and adapt the building.
