A logistics push. The Canadian giant Brookfield, together with Logistik Service, is going to invest 500 million euros in the logistics sector in Spain, according to Expansión.
The company, which already owns 2 million square meters in the Iberian Peninsula, is seeking to expand its exposure to this type of asset with an additional 600,000 square meters. The investment will be made in both Spain and Portugal.
