Brookfield has closed a major deal. The Canadian manager has followed its purchase of the Hotel Madrid Princesa, announced at the beginning of May, with the acquisition of the entire Triángulo Princesa complex, which spans a total area of 63,000 square meters.
In addition to the hotel establishment, the complex located in the Argüelles neighbourhood also includes an empty 4,600-square-meter office building, six commercial premises and a car park.
