BentallGreenOak has started to market three new logistics projects in Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao, which will together span a surface area of more than 130,000 square metres and which will have LEED or Breeam sustainability certifications.
The Madrid project, located in Alcalá de Henares, will comprise a logistics warehouse spanning 54,480 m2 that will be dividable into ten modules and will be delivered at the beginning of 2023. The location is strategic, on a plot spanning almost 100,000 m2 that was previously occupied by AVON Laboratories, next to Amazon and the La Dehesa retail park.
