Today, the Native, a new real estate project, was launched, promising to challenge the current residential offerings by combining new concepts of home, family, work, school, and leisure – the best of city and countryside in one space.
The project, with an initial investment of around 50 million euros, introduces a fresh housing concept, an urban project nestled in nature, with co-working spaces, co-kitchens, and various services, targeting a national, young, modern, and active audience.
The Native, an independent venture, combines the highest standards of urban contemporary living with one of Lisbon’s largest natural parks, following Kronos Homes’ involvement in the management and development of Belas Clube de Campo. It represents a repositioning of the real estate offering, catering to young families who prefer not to live in the heart of Lisbon but still want an urban and high-quality lifestyle just 15 minutes from the center.

The Native, designed by Architects Miguel Saraiva and Eduardo Capinha Lopes, offers 80 units initially, including apartments and townhouses, with prices starting from €285,000. Architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes describes the project as «surrounded by the forest, inspiring families to create their roots here – offering them the ideal place to live, work, and grow.»
A key highlight of this project is the Hub, designed to offer essential urban services to new families, including co-working areas, co-kitchens, a gym, kids’ club, pick & collect point, outdoor leisure, and physical activity spaces, as well as other commercial areas with restaurants and a mini-market.
The project emphasizes the integration of all communal spaces, such as gardens and outdoor areas, and provides supporting facilities for a community-integrated lifestyle, including a completely renovated golf course and clubhouse, as well as the management of the sports center by Club VII, offering 4 padel courts, 4 tennis courts, and a health club with an indoor pool.
