The tourism asset Socimi Elaia Investment, owned by the French group Batipart, has completed two divestments.
Specifically, Batipart has sold its Mar-Bell hotel, located in Soller in Palma de Mallorca, as well as the Alfaz del Pi complex, located in the Alicante town of the same name.
