Batex & Duplex, the operator and developer of local retail parks, is moving ahead with its projects in Estepona and Puerto Real, according to the company.
On the one hand, the Estepona Centro retail park will have a gross leasable area of about 6,000 m2, with Sprinter and Kiwoko as specialized retail operators and a supermarket, leisure areas and a fitness centre.
On the other hand, Trocadero Puerto Real, which will be developed on a 43,500 m2 plot, will have 12,000 m2 of constructed area and include a large food area and two free-standing restaurants, a pet store, home equipment, convenience services and a student residence.
