There is a new servicer in the market. Banco Santander has unveiled its new company dedicated to the management and commercialization of toxic assets: Diglo.
According to Idealista/News, the new subsidiary of the financial institution will be assigned the management of a portfolio carved out from Aliseda. This means that the new company will begin life with 5 billion euros in assets under management, including homes, land and offices.
