There is a new portfolio up for sale in the hotel market in Spain. It comprises various establishments located along the coast that have been foreclosed due to non-payment. Their vendor: Banco Santander.
The entity chaired by Ana Botín has put 7 hotels on the market, located in various resorts along the Spanish coast and on the islands. In total, the seven holiday establishments contain 450 rooms.
