BAE Systems’s Pension Fund has invested around 100 million euros in 23 healthcare and long-term care assets, including several nursing homes and mental health clinics in Spain, France and Germany. One of the assets is a new construction project; in addition, another four of the properties are being renovated.
Last month, Korian, a French group specialising in the care and provision of services for the elderly, closed an alliance to make long-term investments with funds from BAE Systems’s Pension Fund advised by Elevation, a health-related real estate investment manager.
