The Spanish manager Azora, through its Socimi that specialises in assets for the elderly, has closed the acquisition of a senior living property in Benidorm.
Adriano Care has paid 29 million euros for the complex for the elderly, which comprises 176 homes for senior citizens with 18 units under construction. The operation has not involved additional financing and the Socimi will receive a minimum net operating income from the company that currently manages the homes.
