Adriano Care, the nursing home Socimi owned by Azora, has completed the purchase of a property in A Coruña for 8.7 million euros, as reported by the company in a short statement to BME Growth.
The property is located in the urban center of the city in northern Spain and has 119 beds. «It is part of the same real estate complex as the Domusvi Matogrande nursing home, which is also owned by Adriano Care,» says the company.
