Azora is pushing ahead with its investments. The Spanish manager has completed the acquisition of 250 build-to-rent homes in Valdemoro, Madrid, according to sources speaking to Brainsre.news.
The project is a turnkey residential development, for which the vendor, Emerige, purchased a 20,000-square-metre plot of land in Valdemoro, which is located in the south of the Community of Madrid. The urbanisation will have a swimming pool, a paddle court and a coworking space. All of the homes will have their own terrace or garden.
