The Spanish manager Azora has completed the acquisition of three plots of land in Málaga, which it will incorporate into its residential vehicle with the sovereign fund of Singapore GIC.
According to El Confidencial, the Brisa platform has been awarded three plots of land in the Reyal Urbis asset auction, after offering more than 54 million euros in total, through individual bids for each lot. This is the first investment by the joint venture since its creation was announced.
