AX Partners has once again finalised a deal in the centre of Barcelona. It involves the acquisition of two buildings for more than one million euros.
The two acquisitions are considered prime residential investments, with a value-added project refurbished with luxury finishes.
In mid-September, the real estate investment company announced that it had acquired a residential building located in the Bonanova area of Barcelona for a total of 1.4 million euros.
The 400 square metre building will be transformed into four luxury flats with views of the city. In total, the company will invest two million euros.
