The Australian real estate investment group said Wednesday that Goodman, which owns, develops and manages logistics platforms, industrial, warehouses and logistics parks in 14 countries, had built four new logistics centres in Madrid, Barcelona and Tarragona.
According to the company, with a total area of almost 162,000 m2, the new facilities will allow Goodman to reach more than 15 million consumers in less than half an hour.
Specifically, construction work on the Tarragona logistics centre (Constantí II Logistics Centre, 25,005 m2) was completed in nine months, while the centres in Barcelona (Montcada Logistics Centre, 62,282 m2) and Madrid (Móstoles Logistics Centre, 33,946 m2, and Madrid Gate Logistics Centre, 40,690 m2) took seven months to complete.
