The Socimi Atom has completed the purchase of the Hotel Senator Barcelona for 25.5 million euros, as reported by the company to BME Growth.
The complex has 213 rooms. The Senator Barcelona Spa Hotel is a 4-star hotel with a spa centre, gym, swimming pool and restaurant located in the Les Corts neighbourhood of the Catalan capital, 15 minutes from the historic city centre.
