ASG Homes is the management vehicle for the residential business of the German fund ASG in Spain. It started operations in 2015 and currently has more than 2,000 homes for sale in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante, Sevilla and Valencia.
Víctor J. Pérez Arias leads ASG Homes as the CEO. The firm closed 2020 with the delivery of 700 homes and a portfolio of 1,800 homes under development.
