Arrow Capital Partners has bought three logistics warehouses in the Community of Madrid for 23 million euros from a local family office, as reported by the Australian investment fund on Wednesday.
Specifically, the buildings, which are leased to the wet wipe manufacturer Optimal Care, are located in the Corredor del Henares, in the east of the region.
