The property developer Árqura Homes, created by Sareb in 2019, is advancing towards its goal of building 17,000 residential homes by 2027. In 2022, the property development vehicle invested a total of 258 million euros in promotions and land development, whereby increasing its investment volume by 75% compared to 2021. In addition, the brand started work on the construction of 27 new developments, which will comprise 1,589 new homes.
In historical terms, the home delivery rate of Árqura Homes also improved, up by 80% compared to 2021. Since its creation four years ago, the company has delivered 1,682 homes, out of a total of 5,792 homes on which it has started work, corresponding to 94 promotions across 15 autonomous regions.
