The Socimi Árima Real Estate has closed the acquisition of two office buildings in Madrid.
The listed company now owns three adjoining buildings in the Spanish capital, the two it has just purchased on Calle Pradillo 56 and 58, and one that it bought in 2020, Pradillo 54. In total, the properties span a gross leasable area of 11,925 square metres and the Socimi has paid 21.65 million euros to acquire them.
