The fund manager Argis has closed the purchase of a plot of land in San Sebastián de los Reyes, in Madrid, which will be destined for the development of build-to-rent homes, according to Eje Prime and as confirmed by Brainsre.news.
The site has a buildable surface area of 25,000 square metres, which will allow the manager to promote 500 new homes. Argis’s intention is to create a new urbanisation, with its own services, although no decision has yet been taken on the final target market. The company is open to dedicating it to coliving, tourist residential or traditional rental use.
