The commercial premises sector is recovering its pulse after several years in the doldrums due to Covid-19 restrictions. Although it is still a long way from its pre-pandemic figures, the prime areas do seem to be back on top. This has been verified by aRetail during the course of this year, since it has already closed more than 60 operations, many on the most exclusive streets of Madrid and Barcelona.
The consulting firm specialising in the sale and rental of commercial premises in prime areas, which belongs to the aFinance group, has advised on more than ten operations alone on two of the most sought-after streets in the country, specifically, Calle Fuencarral in Madrid and Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona.
