Ares Studies the Transfer of its Build-to-Rent Platform to a Perpetual Fund

The manager of the portfolio, Avalon Properties, will remain at the helm, regardless of any changes in the shareholding.

Maturity. The American fund manager Ares Management Corporation is studying a change in the shareholding of its residential rental platform.

Currently, AEREF V Master S.à r.l. and AREG Iberian Residential Co-Invest Vehicle SCSp own 64.48% and 34.72%, respectively, of the Socimi Iante, which in turn owns the residential portfolio.
