The real estate division of the investment fund manager Arcano Partners is finalising the launch of its third value-add fund. “We have a very positive track-record from the first and second vehicles, which is necessary for investors to trust us and we are very optimistic about our fundraising capability”, explained Eduardo Fernández-Cuesta, Head of Real Estate at Arcano, in an interview with Brainsre.news.
The fundraising period is scheduled for the middle or end of this year. «From the point of view of managing new money, 2022 is going to be very important,» assured the manager.
