The fund Arcano has bought land on Playa de la Victoria, in the city of Cádiz, to build a development comprising 100 homes, according to Cinco Días. In total, the operation will involve an investment of around 20 million euros.
Specifically, Arcano has bought the plot, which houses an abandoned development, from the real estate company Coral Homes, which is owned by the fund Lone Star and CaixaBank.
