The property developer AQ Acentor, owned by the German fund Aquila Capital, has started work on what is going to be the largest building project of the year in Spain: AQ Urban Sky, which is located in Málaga.
The project will consist of two towers comprising 30 floors each, a total area of 78,000 m2 and will require a total investment of 180 million euros.
