Aquila Capital’s property developer in Spain, AQ Acentor, has closed the purchase of five plots of land in Viladecans.
The acquisition of these new plots from the Catalan Soil Institute (Incasòl), has involved an investment of 80 million euros. The plots will be developed in parallel to the AQ Llevant project that the property developer is promoting in the area, which has an accumulated global investment of 250 million euros for the development of 870 homes.
