Ricardo Portabella, through the Anpora Group, has acquired the Alexandra Hotel in Barcelona. The new owner paid 32.5 million euros for the asset operated by the Hilton brand and has already informed the employees of the change.
The complex has 116 rooms. As market sources confirmed to Brainsre.news, Anpora is buying a company that owns 80 rooms and has a lease on the remaining 36 rooms with another property. This contract has 25-30 years left to run.
Inside, it has a courtyard garden and a Mediterranean-style swimming pool on the terrace. It also offers services such as a gymnasium, sauna and massage room, as well as four multifunctional meeting rooms for up to 150 people.
