A hotel operation has been closed. ASG has completed the sale of the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid to the company Arlaes Management S.L. for 65 million euros.
The hotel complex has 161 rooms, in a building spanning 12,598 square meters, distributed over 11 floors. The property includes 1,000 square meters of private gardens with a swimming pool; 58 underground parking spaces; and a roof terrace with views over the Spanish capital.
