Amplifon, a Gaes group company, is investing in tourist accommodation. Through the company Gassbona 2006, the firm has participated in All Iron’s latest capital increase, whereby raising its stake from 1.14% to 5.28%.
In this way, it is now the largest shareholder of the Socimi founded by Ander Michelena and Jon Uriarte. At the end of 2021, Luis Gómez Laguna and Juan María Riberas Mera were the shareholders with the largest stakes in the company, but the recent capital increase diluted those to below 5%.
