The property developer Amenabar is going to build 450 homes in La Moraleja, having closed several land acquisitions in the area.
As confirmed by the company to Brainsre.news a few weeks ago, Amenabar has a pipeline of 450 units spread over two phases, under the name El Jardín de la Moraleja. The first phase is already under construction and the second phase is currently being commercialized.
