Alting Real Estate Group has made an acquisition in Madrid. The investment company has completed the purchase of an office building on Calle Fuencarral in the Spanish capital for 18 million euros.
The building spans 3,200 square meters and is divided into a commercial premise, five floors of offices and parking spaces. The offices are leased to Mcfit and Orange and the premises to Tezenis, which is owned by the Calzedonia group.
